chef-owner Hans Entinger is a culinary graduate of Simon
Knoll School in Munich.
- He originally trained as a pastry chef at the
Bayerischer Hof in Munich and studied hotel management
- at the Hotel Fachschule Bad Reichenhall. Hans worked
in Switzerland, England, France and
- Canada before making his home inVermont. Together
with his wife Kathleen,
- they opened the Countryman's Pleasure Restaurant.
They are celebrating 20 successful years.
